Holistic care for infertility

Ashley has pursued additional training to be able to provide holistic care for patients struggling with infertility. Whether your journey has been months or years, Ashley deeply understands the challenges and heartbreak with infertility. She will walk with you through the journey, coming alongside you to develop a personalized plan. Our practice does not offer IUI or IVF. You do not need to be planning or hopeful for a homebirth to receive our infertility care services. 

Ashley is a FEMM certified medical provider. FEMM stands for Fertility Evaluation and Education Management and focuses on ovulation as a sign of health.  FEMM medical providers integrate science and evidence-based protocols in their practices to better diagnose and treat the underlying symptoms of their patients. Depending on the diagnosis, stage of condition, and lifestyle, treatment can range from immunological to targeted pharmacological interventions, along with significant emphasis on diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. FEMM medical protocols seek to restore and support reproductive health at every stage of a woman’s life. 

Did you know that there is more than one type of PCOS? The treatment varies depending on what type a woman has. If you suspect that you have PCOS or have been diagnosed with PCOS, Ashley is able to help develop a plan for you. Whether your goal is to become pregnant or to improve overall health and wellness; we have options for you! 

Infertility care does not have to cost thousands and thousands of dollars. Our fertility practice is self-pay with upfront pricing. The initial visit is $350, with follow-up visits costing $150. We often use a send-out lab to get labs at a discounted price. Our infertility services are able to be either in person or telehealth for anyone in the state of Minnesota.
